All meals will be baked, cooled and immediately frozen for pickup and storage convenience. Freshest within 5 days of thawing. Store in freezer or refrigerator.

Shepherds pie:  Lean turkey, green beans, peas and carrots topped with about a half cup of pureed sweet potato. (~1.5 cups food)

 Large Carob chip shortbark cookie: whole wheat flour, honey, vegetable fat, carob chips. 

Gingerbegg cupcake: whole wheat flour, pumpkin, carob, egg, buttermilk, vegetable fat, cinnamon, ginger.
